Medical Weight Loss (MWL)
We offer a physician ran program focused on quality over quantity. Encouraging exercise and nutritional modifications that can be accelerated with other options that include: compounded Ozempic (Semaglutide/b-12) and Mounjaro(Tirzepatide), phentermine, Topomax amongst others. We do not accept insurance, however, these medications are provided at a very competitive price and we assist you in finding best price possible. Some of these medications need to be refrigerated so patients will often pick up their medications at our home office in Belmont, NC. Additionally, medication administration will be taught until each patient is comfortable providing there own medications. We look forward to helping optimize your health, longevity and getting you back to being the best version of yourself!

Travel/Urgent Care Teleconsults (coming soon)
Dr. Crill will provide convenience care medicine to include travel medicine, simple urgent care advice and prescriptions. Patients will not be written for scheduled medications such as narcotics, benzodiazepines (Percocet/Xanax), etc.

After completing your intake form, our staff will process your request to determine eligibility and email you a waiver form with educational information. Please read this carefully and sign without obligation.
Step 3
After completing your intake and waiver/education verification, we will sign you into our secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record, Practice Fusion. You will receive an invite to enroll in your private health record, Patient Fusion, where we will complete your plan for treatment!
Step 4
Upon payment, we will call in your prescriptions to your local pharmacy. For GLP-1 medications we will prepare your medication packet for pick up at the office in Belmont, NC for individual monthly doses. Medication administration/teaching will be provided on site and a link provided via the email waiver. Vials may be mailed directly to the patient's residence.

Dr. Richard "Joe" Crill M.D.
Founder and Chief Medical OfficerDr. Richard "Joe" Crill M.D. has been certified by the American Board of Emergency after completing residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI in 2007. Prior to this, Dr. Crill completed his bachelor degree at Michigan State University followed by obtaining his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin in 2004. Dr. Crill continues to practice emergency medicine on a regular basis throughout the Carolinas. Dr. Crill is married and has three children: Aidan, Mackenzie and Liam. His wife, Megan, has been heavily involved in health, fitness and nutrition for several decades and has done some fitness modeling. Megan is very knowledgeable on functional fitness routines and will be advising on fitness routines and nutrition modifications.

How is my Medical Weight Loss drug packaged?
Once approved, you will receive a four week supply of 4 syringes predrawn with your prescribed amount of a medical weight loss drug. Alcohol swabs are provided to disinfect the injection site before injecting your medical weight loss drug. Below is an example of a four week supply of the weight loss drug Semaglutide.
How should I store my Medical Weight Loss drug?
Your Medical Weight Loss drug should be refrigerated as soon as possible after picking the drug up. The drug should remain refrigerated until ready to be injected.
