Dr. Richard "Joe" Crill M.D.
Founder and Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Richard “Joe” Crill M.D. has been certified by the American Board of Emergency after completing residency at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI in 2007. Prior to this, Dr. Crill completed his bachelor degree at Michigan State University followed by obtaining his medical degree at the University of Wisconsin in 2004. Dr. Crill continues to practice emergency medicine on a regular basis throughout the Carolinas. Recently Dr Crill went back to get Board Certified by the American Academy of anti-aging (A4M) in functional medicine. Dr. Crill is married and has three children: Aidan, Mackenzie and Liam. His wife, Megan, has been heavily involved in health, fitness and nutrition for several decades and has done some fitness modeling. Megan is very knowledgeable on functional fitness routines and will be advising on fitness routines and nutrition modifications.

Jeff P. Hill, PT, DPT, MA, CSCS
Dr. Jeff Hill is a licensed physical therapist with more than 30 years of experience helping people regain their strength, balance and independence.
Jeff has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy
In addition, Jeff holds multiple advanced certifications, designed to help patients stay safe. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Certified Fall Prevention Specialist, Functional Capacity Evaluation and Workplace Ergonomics Specialist and Geriatric Strength Specialist.
Angela Cass, PT
Angela Cass, PT, brings over 20 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics, acute care and inpatient rehabilitation. She is trained in McKenzie and Maitland techniques. Angela also pursues continuing education in sports/orthopedic, acute care and neurologic rehabilitation to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care focused on restoring mobility and function.
