Medical Weight Loss (MWL)

We offer a physician ran program focused on quality over quantity. Encouraging exercise and nutritional modifications that can be accelerated with other options that include:

• Compounded Ozempic (Semaglutide/b-12) and Mounjaro(Tirzepatide)
• Phentermine
• Topomax
• amongst others.

We do not accept insurance, however, these medications are provided at a very competitive price and we assist you in finding best price possible. We do accept HSA/FSA. Some of these medications need to be refrigerated so patients will often pick up their medications at our home office in Belmont, NC.

Additionally, medication administration will be taught until each patient is comfortable providing there own medications. We look forward to helping optimize your health, longevity and getting you back to being the best version of yourself!
